When making a reservation, please let us know the following:
・Boarding date
・Course of your choice
・Your desired time
・Number of people
・Your weight (approximate is fine)
・Phone number where you can be contacted on the day
・If you have a ticket, please provide your ticket number
We would appreciate it if you could consider an alternative date in case your flight is cancelled due to bad weather.
Cancellation policy and other points to note
- If a flight is cancelled or changed due to bad weather, aircraft inspection or maintenance, or other unavoidable safety reasons, there will be no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel due to your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged, but unless you cancel on the day (a last-minute cancellation), we will try to avoid charging a cancellation fee by rescheduling the appointment to another date.

If there is an unavoidable reason, such as the other person being unwell, please let us know. We will make adjustments and try to avoid charging cancellation fees as much as possible.
- Boarding is subject to the standard travel agency conditions of carriage and the airline carrier's conditions of carriage.
