A Day's Procedures

Based on boarding time, please come 15 minutes early to the heliport reception.

Important Notices on the Day of Boarding

  • As a general rule, we will make a final decision on the flight status on the day based on the forecast at 15:00 p.m. and then notify you as to whether the flight will operate or not.
    *If forecasts indicate low cloud cover, poor visibility, or strong winds, the event will likely be canceled.
  • The heliport is in a place that is difficult to find even for locals. The landmark is the "Rinko Park Parking Lot." The heliport is about 100 meters away.
  • If you are taking a taxi, please tell the driver to go to the heliport just past the Kahala Hotel. If the driver does not know the way, we will give you directions over the phone.
  • If you get lost on the way to the heliport and are going to be late for the meeting time, please contact us. We will try to adjust the departure time as much as possible.

  • After boarding, the tour will be dismissed. If you wish to travel by taxi, please use the taxi call phone provided in the waiting room.
  • There is no parking lot at the heliport. If you come by car, please use the Rinko Park Parking Lot.

[When boarding] Important notices

  • Items that can be brought on board are valuables, cameras, and mobile phones.
  • You may take photos inside the aircraft during the flight, however please refrain from using flash during night flights.
  • Before the flight, a security check using metal detectors will be conducted. We ask for your cooperation.
  • Please keep your seat belt fastened during the flight. You will not be able to change seats.
  • Please follow the pilot's instructions during the flight. When boarding, please follow the instructions of our staff as they will escort you safely to the aircraft.

Payment of fees

  • Payment can be made in advance by credit card when making a reservation online. Payment can also be made on the day of your visit (by credit card or cash).
    *For the convenience of our customers, we will try not to charge a cancellation fee if you reschedule your appointment unless you cancel at the last minute.
 *There will be no cancellation fee if the cancellation is due to weather, equipment inspection, or other reasons on our part.
