Steps from purchasing tickets to using the service
STEP 1. How to purchase tickets
Applying from the website
After receiving your purchase request, we will send you an email with our bank account details. Please transfer the funds and we will ship your tickets after confirming the payment. In this case, a separate shipping fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.
We will try to ship your tickets as soon as possible after payment has been received, but it may take some time. Tickets will be shipped via Sagawa Express Letter Pack.
Purchase at our heliport
You can purchase tickets directly at the heliport when staff are present (13:00-19:00, excluding New Year's holidays). Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
Please contact us in advance as there may be days when staff are not available. If you let us know your desired course, the issue date (you can decide), and the date and time of your visit, we will prepare the tickets in advance.
STEP 2. Make a reservation
Once you have received your tickets and have decided on the date you would like to use them, please make your reservation using the reservation form or by phone.

STEP 3. On the day of boarding
Please arrive at the heliport 15 minutes before boarding time.
We will inform you of the flight status for the day by email or phone after 15:30, so please check there or call the reservation center directly. (Please contact us after 16:00.)

We will contact you after 15:00 PM on the day of your flight to confirm the weather.
By car
Take the Shuto Expressway Yokohane Line and exit at the Minatomirai ramp. It is about 5 minutes away from the back of the Rinko Park parking lot.
*There is no parking at the heliport. Please use the Rinko Park Parking Lot (paid).

By train
Get off at Minatomirai Station and walk for about 15 minutes from Exit 2.
*JR Sakuragicho Station and Yokohama Station are both 5-10 minutes by taxi.

*The ticket issue date is decided by the customer. (Validity period: 3 months)
*Ticket prices will not be refunded once purchased.
*Some courses are not eligible for ticket discounts.
*You cannot board on the day you purchase your ticket.
